On a new frontier, a group of devoutly religious pilgrims are surrounded by wilderness and faced with a world that seems to want them dead. Even their own prayers are full of hellfire and damnation.
Miller's masterpiece, staged with unsparing ferocity by The Bridge Theatre Training Company, creates a tinderbox, leading to howls of witchcraft and deadly consequences.
