Produced and presented by Frankie Jean
Three women. Two worlds. One ongoing fight for justice.
Greek mythology mirrors present day courtroom drama, as this all female company reinvigorates the Furies and reveals their power within the women of today.
Thebes: a landscape of chaos and destruction. Enter The Furies. Women that represent the true meaning of sisterhood and the divine feminine.
But it’s not all happy families; the Furies have upset the Gods. When Zeus bites off more than he can chew he calls on the Furies to finish what he so carelessly started.
Will they be able to finish it? Or will it tear them apart?
London: Three lawyers. One case. Multiple victims.
Can they untangle this mess? Or will those in power stand in the way of justice?
As we shift between the brutality of Thebes and the psychological warfare of courtroom drama, we question what it means to be woman, the legacy of those that came before us, and ultimately... Fury
Frankie Jean's debut play as a writer, a love letter to the power of womanhood and a community for female creatives.
May we all find our Fury!
