Parfait

A new dramedy about love, disaster, and the pursuit of perfection.

Everyone wants the perfect wedding. Unfortunately, perfection is a terrible thing to plan for.

When a spectacular wedding goes disastrously wrong, wedding planner Aurelia finds herself faced with an impossible task: putting everything back together in just 27 days.

But between an increasingly demanding bride, a collection of complicated relationships, and a four-foot frozen swan with a habit of causing problems, keeping everything under control might prove easier said than done.

As the big day approaches, carefully constructed appearances begin to crumble, old tensions rise to the surface, and everyone involved is forced to confront what they really want from the people they love.

Funny, chaotic, and unexpectedly tender, *Parfait* explores the absurd lengths we go to in pursuit of happiness, the expectations we place on ourselves and others, and the uncomfortable truth that life rarely turns out quite how we imagined.

Production Information

Presented by KeyBored, Parfait is an original stage play written and produced by Alexander Prosser.
