Peter & the Wolf is a magical new production of Sergei Prokofiev’s much-loved musical masterpiece, featuring live music and dance.
Created especially for under-3s and their grown-ups, this enchanting show introduces little ones to orchestral instruments, where each sound brings a different character to life. Now reimagined as a playful, theatrical and sensory dance experience, this timeless tale unfolds through movement, music and storytelling.
With gentle participation woven throughout, young audiences are invited to explore, imagine and discover in a relaxed performance setting. Join us for a highly imaginative adventure filled with dance, classical music and wonder.

Before the show, join us for an instrument-making workshop in the Cockpit Theatre foyer. You will be guided through a baby and toddler-friendly method of using sustainable materials to create your own instrument to play along during the show.

Following the show, you are invited to stay and play with sensory props used during the performance, in a Peter & the Wolf themed session hosted by the cast.

Please note the following timings:

10:00am - 10:30am: Instrument-making workshop
10:45am - 11:25am: Performance of Peter & the Wolf
11:25am - 11:45am: Stay and play
