Who could benefit from this course?
Theatre Makers ready to take the next step and form the connections that truly move careers forward.
Multiple diplomas in theatre or film are not required to be considered for partnerships in order to progress in your career. What matters is developing a strong command of the craft and learning how to present your work effectively.
How does it work?
A three hour presentation delivered by industry veterans, centred around interactive role playing and how to network and maintain connections. All participants will receive a booklet of the entire coursework that will be covered.
These are tried-and-tested methods widely used by industry professionals. Ever experienced a “deer in the headlights” moment? This is a safe space to build confidence, develop clarity, and learn to approach opportunities with confidence and assurance.
What do you gain?
● Learn how to pitch an idea without being pushy (verbally and written)
● Develop an understanding of when to be corporate and when to be informal.
● Put what you learn into practice in a safe space...and even make it FUN!
Selected participants will be offered an opportunity to attend a networking event hosted by Pinewood studios.

Testimonials
Jupiter’s Ghost is a shining example of the kind of bold, speculative theatre we need more of. - Everything Theatre
[Jupiter’s Ghost] leaves the audience with quite a bit to think about, and a few knowing references to classic [science fiction] works along the way. It goes to show that you don’t need an elaborate budget to create [science fiction] like this, just light, sound, the physical presence of the cast and the imagination of the audience. - Gary Couzins, Interzone Digital
It is a real treat getting the opportunity to see a new science fiction play, and Tani Gill’s Jupiter’s Ghost is a solidly entertaining piece exploring The Last Spark of Humanity – familiar themes of consciousness, humanity and morality. - Claire Rodrick, Fairy Powered Productions
