INDRA & THE AMRIT
A theatrical short film following an ancient tale of Indra.
Cursed and having lost all of his power, to restore balance he must lead the Heavenly Devas in working with the Demonic Asuras.
Together they must churn a cosmic ocean to release the nectar of immortality, the Amrit.
Will Indra succeed in creating balance or will he be too greedy?
Hanuman Tales have been taking traditional stories to families in theatres and rural venues and have brought several shows here in the past.
They tell stories through puppetry, dance and music and a whole lot of interaction and fun! We hope you enjoy watching this story on screen and hope you join in!
