Lucid Dreamers is Brigitte’s own quartet, welcoming you into a beautiful and unique sound world. The original music draws from the jazz, folk, contemporary classical, free improv and electronic realms with poignant songs, atmospheric and open improvisations, exciting grooves and impactful stillness. They premiered at London’s Queen Elizabeth Hall as a trio with Brigitte Beraha, George Crowley and Tim Giles in November 2019 as part of the London Jazz Festival, with music written by Brigitte. Extended to a quartet with Alcyona Mick on piano, they released ‘Lucid Dreamers’ on Let Me Out Records in July 2020, with the follow up 'Blink' in May 2022 which they toured in the UK and Europe. Their third album ‘Teasing Reflections’ releases 12th September 2025 with a UK / European tour to celebrate.

Bea Asurmendi [EMERGENCE] - @beamusicbea
Bea Asurmendi, born and raised in the Basque Country, has had a lifelong passion for music and singing. In 2013, driven by a desire to immerse herself in one of Europe’s most vibrant melting pots of musical cultures, she moved to London and furthered her musical studies by completing a Bachelor’s degree in Popular Music Performance. A few years later, in 2020, she was offered a place at the prestigious Guildhall School of Music & Drama to pursue a Master’s in Jazz Performance (Singing). There, she studied under the guidance of jazz icons such as Scott Stroman, Tina May, Brigitte Beraha, and Clare Wheeler, and had the opportunity to work with renowned artists including Norma Winstone and New York Voices. She was awarded the prestigious Next Level Award by Help Musicians UK to further develop her musical project. Bea has performed in some of London’s most renowned venues, including Pizza Express Jazz Club, Soho Jazz Festival, Crazy Coqs, 606 Club, and SpiceJazz Soho. In 2023, she was selected to showcase her music at the renowned EFG London Jazz Festival, where she also had the honor of opening Ari Hoenig’s concert at Milton Court Concert Hall. In 2024, she was invited once again to be part of the festival’s lineup, delivering a sold-out performance. That same year, she headlined the Jazz Stage at the High Tide Festival in London.
