We do not offer refunds but you can transfer to another performance of the same show at no charge, up to 24 hours before the performance. Just contact the Box Office in writing on boxofficethecockpit.org.uk with details of the tickets you wish to return.
It helps us speed up the process if you can make your request by replying to your original Order Confirmation email as that contains all of your booking details.
You are welcome to resell your unused tickets. The new person will just need the booking reference number and the name the tickets are booked under to collect them on the day.

Doors to the performance space will usually open anytime from 30 minutes before the show is due to start.
Latecomers may not be admitted, so please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to show time. The advertised show time is the show start time, so you should collect your ticket and be seated by this point.
