Who could benefit from this course?
This workshop is ideal for artists who are self-producing their own work or who are beginning to take on more responsibility in managing their projects. It’s especially useful for those who want to better understand how to forecast income, manage costs, and navigate the complexities of funding and ticketed income.
How does it work?
The course will be delivered through a conversational format. Together, we’ll build a flexible budgeting template that you can adapt for future projects. There will be space for questions and discussion, so participants can share their own challenges and learn from each other’s experiences.
What do you gain?
By the end of the session, you’ll come away with:
- A dynamic, user-friendly budgeting template that you can tailor to suit any project
- A chance to connect with a peer group of other self-producing artists, offering you a supportive space to ask questions and share knowledge
