The London Fringe Theatre Network
London is home to more fringe venues than any other city in the world. A thriving patchwork of independent stages, pub theatres, grassroots festivals, bold new work, and emerging voices. But despite this extraordinary output, the sector remains fragmented, under-recognised, and often left out of wider conversations around culture, funding, policy and artistic development.
The London Fringe Theatre Network is a growing collective of people working across this dynamic and diverse landscape to support one another, advocate for shared needs, and raise the visibility of the work we do.
This is not a new organisation. It is a shared space to connect, collaborate and imagine a more equitable, sustainable and visible future for fringe theatre in London. The aim is to support networks, initiatives, publications and awards already in place and bring even more connectivity between us.
The network was formed out of the inaugural Fringe Revolution gathering at The Cockpit, where over 70 representatives from across the sector came together for the first time to talk about shared challenges and collective potential.
A big part of The London Fringe Network is our annual FRINGE REVOLUTION. The first of which happened at the end of last year!

Other Fringe events will doubtless be happening over the year, but the next Fringe REvolution is scheduled for Saturday, 28th of November, 2026. Tickets will be free on request
