Pergolesi Double Bill
Livietta e Tracollo and La serva padrona

Two mischievous comic operas, four larger-than-life characters and a great deal of scheming.

In Livietta e Tracollo, Livietta (Rachel Allen) is determined to outwit Tracollo (Marcio da Silva), a thief with a talent for disguise. In La serva padrona, the clever Serpina (Helen May) has plans for her employer, Uberto (Flavio Lauria) — whether he realises it or not.

Ensemble OrQuesta brings Pergolesi’s wit and irresistible music to the Arcola Theatre in a lively double bill of deception, flirtation and unexpected reversals.
